Pardon the mess, creativity in progress

Sometimes change stirs up anxiety. Sometimes it sparks excitement. Sometimes it’s a mix of both, a little messy, a little magical, and full of possibility.

Today, I’m thrilled (and maybe a little nervous) to share something that’s been in the works for a bit: the launch of my new website. A fresh digital home for my coastal-inspired art and creative journey here on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

Redesigning this site has been a culmination of old and new, blending experiences, lessons learned, and the evolving vision of where I want my art to go. It’s been a process full of hard work, creativity, and countless cups of coffee, but seeing my vision finally come to life feels incredibly rewarding.

This new site is more than just a redesign; it’s the start of a new chapter. Over the years, my connection to the coast has deepened, and so has my art. And there’s still a bit of “creative mess” around the edges (much like my artist’s studio) as I learn and grow through this new process, but that’s part of the beauty. This new site is a growing reflection of my art, imperfect and evolving.

So, welcome to my new online home. Take a look around, explore my Collection, read more about my Story or stop by the Shop to collect a piece of the coast for your home. Here, you’ll find my latest original coastal art, upcoming events and exhibitions, and a peek behind the scenes of my inspired life on Hilton Head Island.

If you’d like to stay in touch, reach out or follow me for updates on new collections, local shows, and glimpses of art in progress, straight from my Hilton Head Island studio.

Cheers to fresh starts!

Coastal Bay Art is a woman-owned business, developed with intention, inspired by the beauty of the coast I call home and mindfulness of the environment.

My paintings are designed from nature and created by me using watercolor, acrylic and other materials. Painting allows me to share the beauty of coastal South Carolina while finding balance and beauty in nature.
